Il s\u2019agit d\u2019\u00eatre sage-\u00e9go\u00efste, de prendre du temps pour se ressourcer physiquement et psychologiquement<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous allons nous retrouver ensemble dans une finca mallorquine, \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la Sierra de Tramuntana et de la c\u00f4te nord-ouest, dans une \u00eele authentique espagnole, en \u00e9t\u00e9, ou l\u2019\u00e9nergie du soleil, l\u2019eau, la mer, l\u2019air des montagnes avoisinantes est un apport parfait \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quilibre de la pratique du Yoga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e9ances de Holistique Yoga Dynamique tous les matins, farniente\/natation\/randonn\u00e9s pendant le temps libre et puis les apr\u00e8s-midi\/soir\u00e9es, nous allons approfondir dans la pratique du Yin Yoga\/somatique\/restauratif\/nidra qui travaille la souplesse en profondeur ainsi que l\u2019ancrage du mental. Il est compos\u00e9 de deux racines : \u00ab nyasa \u00bb qui signifie \u00ab placer \u00bb et \u00ab vi \u00bb qui signifie \u00ab d\u2019une mani\u00e8re sp\u00e9cifique \u00bb. En \u00e9t\u00e9, on pourra sentir l\u2019\u00e9nergie du soleil, l\u2019eau, la mer, l\u2019air des montagnes avoisinantes est un apport parfait \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quilibre de la pratique du Yoga. Nous serons \u00e0 22km de la mer M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e, parmi les montagnes, les amandiers, les cerisiers et les oliviers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e9ances de Vinyasa Yoga Dynamique tous les matins, farniente\/natation\/randonn\u00e9s pendant les temps libres et puis les apr\u00e8s-midi\/soir\u00e9es, nous allons approfondir dans la pratique du Yin Yoga qui travaille la souplesse en profondeur ainsi que l\u2019ancrage du mental.
